While there are risks and benefits to counselling it is important that your safety and comfort levels are respected during sessions. This means that the work is paced in accordance to your ability and willingness to manage various emotions. You are encouraged to share only what you are comfortable sharing and will notice I regularly check in to make sure you leave a session feeling grounded and contained.

Services are not covered by OHIP, however many insurance providers offer coverage for counselling services from Graduate level Registered Social Workers. Please check with your insurance provider beforehand, Receipts are also provided for insurance and tax purposes.

Individual and Family sessions (50 - 60 minutes): $150 (no HST added)
Cancellation Policy:
24 hours notice by phone or email is required for cancellations. The full fee is charged for No Shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
